After class, guests gather to enjoy a thoughtfully prepared brunch by The Kitchen Garden, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavours. It’s a chance to slow down, share good food, and connect with like-minded people in a calm, friendly setting.

This event is about more than just exercise or food, it’s about community, taking time for yourself, and celebrating movement and nourishment together. Whether you come with friends or on your own, you’ll leave feeling energized, cared for, and inspired.

What to Expect

You’ll be welcomed into a calm, beautiful garden where everything is taken care of, all you need to do is arrive and enjoy the experience.

The morning starts with a Pilates session guided by a physiotherapist with different levels offered to suit all abilities. You’ll be supported throughout, with hands-on guidance and corrections available to ensure you’re moving safely and getting the most out of each exercise.

Once class wraps up, Brunch is served by The Kitchen Garden, showcasing fresh, seasonal flavours meant to be enjoyed slowly. This is your time to unwind, chat, or simply sit back and soak in the atmosphere.

There’s no strict schedule to rush through just a thoughtfully paced morning that balances movement, nourishment, and connection. Many guests leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and genuinely uplifted.
